From once you place the order with us, it takes up to 72 hours for the GP to respond to us with a prescription. Once we have received this, we dispatch your medication the next day first class! In total the process can take up to 1 week from the time that you order.
It really is! As long as you are exempt from paying prescriptions, we just need to know which exemption you are entitled to. If you pay for your prescriptions, we do unfortunately need payment before we can send out any medication. Our delivery is always free though!
